Fry Bombay Duck in hot oil for about 45 - 60 seconds. Experiment with timings to your taste. Bitterness means you've overcooked it. Can also be baked, toasted.....


There are many ways to cook Bombay Duck. Bake , roast, toast....

However I fry Bombay Duck. Just covered in hot oil for about 45 - 60 seconds. Experiment with the timings till you cook it to your taste.

Bitterness means it's overcooked. Can also be cooked by soaking for 5 minutes in water, dry with kitchen paper, then fry. I've done this a few times, but mostly I fry it from dry, as above.
